The purpose of this website is the exhibition, dissemination, promotion, and commercialization of contemporary art works, as well as the management of purchase requests and contacts related to the curatorial activity of LA GALERÍA.
How does the artwork purchase process work?
Due to the unique nature of the works and the specific packaging and transport requirements, an automatic purchase process is not carried out through the website. The user may request the purchase of a work via email info@lumbregallery.com
This request does not imply payment or a commitment to purchase. Once the request is received, THE GALLERY will send the interested party a fixed quotation, which will include: price of the artwork, shipping cost (unframed option), final total amount. Payment will be made only after express acceptance of the quotation, via a secure payment link provided through Stripe.
Through what means can THE GALLERY contact the user?
For the proper management of requests and purchases, THE GALLERY may contact the user by email, always in relation to the request initiated by the user.
Does THE GALLERY act as a seller or an intermediary?
Unless expressly indicated otherwise, THE GALLERY acts as an intermediary in the sale of works, facilitating the commercialization of artists' works. Ownership of the works remains with the artists until the time of sale, except in cases where THE GALLERY acts as a reseller through a specific agreement.
