Original and authentic artworks, both physical and digital.
Artworks with no legal restrictions, free of third-party rights.
The gallery may request high-resolution images for exhibition and online promotion.

The artworks remain in your physical possession.
Only images, descriptions, and certificates, either digital or physical as applicable, are required.
Shipping is arranged only if a sale occurs and the buyer requests physical delivery.
The price is established by mutual agreement between you and the gallery.

Shipping and packaging costs are calculated separately and detailed in the final quotation to the buyer.

Physical shipment is the responsibility of the selected carrier.

The gallery may use images and videos of your artworks for promotion, online catalogues, social media, and historical archives.

If you are self-employed, you will issue an invoice to the gallery for the income received.
If you are not self-employed, the relevant tax regulations will apply, with the gallery acting as intermediary where required by law.
You will always receive your net settlement, with the gallery commission clearly detailed.

You may withdraw an artwork at any time before a sale has been finalized, by notifying the gallery in writing.
If the artwork is displayed online, it will be removed immediately from the platform.
The gallery protects your personal data and does not share it without authorization.
All information regarding prices, buyers, and sales conditions remains confidential.
Your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.

Each exhibition will have its own agreement or addendum.
