Susana Delgado is a visual artist and photographer, educator, and holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Photographic Aesthetics.
His work is based on the use of photography, both analog and digital, to explore themes ranging from landscapes transformed by human intervention to the
decontextualization of places, as well as the creation of imaginary spaces. Her photographic series explore our position in the landscape, as spectators and creators, and raise how from there we construct the territory and how we project and reflect ourselves in it through traces, the residue of human intervention.
Alongside visual creation, her practice is also rooted in academic research and the publication of articles.
This research culminated in a doctoral thesis on photographic aesthetics and landscape titled La huella en la representación del territorio a través de la fotografía.
