To exhibit your artworks in the gallery, you must be proposed by artists from previous projects.

The following are accepted:

  • Original and authentic artworks, both physical and digital.

  • Artworks with no legal restrictions, free of third-party rights.

The gallery may request high-resolution images for exhibition and online promotion.

No. The gallery is 100% online:

  • The artworks remain in your physical possession.

  • Only images, descriptions, and certificates, either digital or physical as applicable, are required.

  • Shipping is arranged only if a sale occurs and the buyer requests physical delivery.

  • The price is established by mutual agreement between you and the gallery.

  • It includes the base price of the artwork.

  • Shipping and packaging costs are calculated separately and detailed in the final quotation to the buyer.

  • During the online exhibition period, the gallery has limited exclusivity to promote and sell the artworks included in the agreement.

  • You may continue selling other artworks outside the gallery.

  • Exclusivity ends automatically when the online exhibition concludes.

  • Sales are managed through the quotation → secure payment (Stripe) system.

  • The gallery may collect payment in its own name or as an intermediary, depending on applicable tax regulations.

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your corresponding share clearly and transparently.

  • The gallery charges a commission on the agreed sale price.

  • The commission covers promotion, exhibition, buyer relations management, and online intermediary services.

  • The commission is detailed in your agreement and applies only to artworks sold through the gallery.

  • As the artworks remain with you, THE GALLERY arranges transportation between you and the buyer when a sale is completed.

  • The gallery works with specialized art carriers or insured transport services.

  • Shipping costs are included in the final sale price.

  • Physical shipment is the responsibility of the selected carrier.

  • The artist is not responsible for physical damage.

  • The gallery may use images and videos of your artworks for promotion, online catalogues, social media, and historical archives.

This authorization:

  • is free of charge and non-exclusive

  • applies during and after the exhibition for curatorial, editorial, or promotional purposes

  • does not imply transfer of intellectual property rights

  • If you are self-employed, you will issue an invoice to the gallery for the income received.

  • If you are not self-employed, the relevant tax regulations will apply, with the gallery acting as intermediary where required by law.

  • You will always receive your net settlement, with the gallery commission clearly detailed.

Yes.

  • You may withdraw an artwork at any time before a sale has been finalized, by notifying the gallery in writing.

  • If the artwork is displayed online, it will be removed immediately from the platform.

  • The gallery protects your personal data and does not share it without authorization.

  • All information regarding prices, buyers, and sales conditions remains confidential.

  • Your data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.

Yes.

  • Each exhibition will have its own agreement or addendum.

  • Exclusivity and commission apply only to the artworks included in exhibitions and fairs.

  • The gallery provides support in all aspects of exhibition, sales, and payment.

  • In the event of a dispute, the signed agreement and Spanish law shall apply.
