Are the artworks original?

Yes. All artworks available in the gallery are original and unique works of art, created by artists selected under a curatorial criterion.
Each artwork includes its detailed technical sheet.

Does the price include taxes?

Yes. The prices shown are final prices, including applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for artworks shall be made exclusively via a secure payment link provided by Stripe.

No other payment methods shall be accepted, such as:

  • bank transfers

  • cheques

  • cash payments

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on the type of artwork and the destination.
As a general reference, shipments are made within approximately 5 to 10 working days from order confirmation.

Can I return an artwork?

Yes. In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, except in the case of:

  • commissioned artworks

  • personalised artworks

  • artworks specifically adapted at the buyer’s request

The artwork must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Who assumes responsibility during shipping?

The risk of loss or damage shall pass to the buyer at the moment the artwork is handed over to the carrier, except in the case of consumers, in which case the applicable consumer protection regulations shall apply.

Do the images faithfully reflect the artwork?

Images and descriptions are as accurate as possible.
However, as these are original and unique artworks, the buyer accepts that slight variations in colour, texture or finish may exist compared to the images displayed on screen, due to their artistic nature, without this constituting a lack of conformity.

Do the artworks include a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. All artworks are delivered with their certificate of authenticity, issued by the artist or by the gallery.
