This website is intended for the exhibition, dissemination, promotion and commercialisation of contemporary artworks, as well as for managing purchase requests and contacts related to THE GALLERY’s curatorial activity.

How does the purchase process for an artwork work?

Due to the unique nature of the artworks and the specific requirements for packaging and transport, no automatic purchase process is carried out through the website.

The user may request the purchase of an artwork via email at:

Such request does not imply payment or commitment to purchase.

Once the request has been received, THE GALLERY will send the interested party a final quotation, which will include:

  • price of the artwork

  • shipping cost (unframed option)

  • total final amount

Payment shall only be made after the express acceptance of the quotation, via a secure payment link provided through Stripe.

By what means may THE GALLERY contact the user?

For the proper management of requests and purchases, THE GALLERY may contact the user:

Always in relation to the request initiated by the user.

Does THE GALLERY act as seller or intermediary?

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, THE GALLERY acts as an intermediary in the sale of artworks, facilitating the commercialisation of works by artists.

Ownership of the artworks belongs to the artists until the moment of sale, except in cases where THE GALLERY acts as a reseller under a specific agreement.

Who owns the content of the website?

All content of the website, including but not limited to:

  • texts

  • images

  • photographs

  • videos

  • graphic design

  • logos

  • structure and source code

is owned by THE GALLERY or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.

The reproduction, distribution or public communication of such content without the express authorisation of the rights holder is prohibited.

What responsibility does THE GALLERY assume regarding the use of the website?

THE GALLERY shall not be responsible for:
